Barmon’s Vacation Home is 2400 sq feet home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that will comfortably sleep 7-8. All bedrooms are sound proof for your privacy and confort. There’s also a reading room just above the stairs to the master bedroom and entertainment room. The whole house has large ceiling high windows for a panaramic view of the forest surroundings.
Relax and watch the sunset while roasting some marshmellows over a camp fire on the beach. Or enjoy a cozy evening in the living room next to the gas fire place, after cooking a fabulous dinner in our gourmet kitchen.
Our fully equipped chef’s dream gourmet kitchen is stocked with quality cooking equipment from stainless steel refrigerator to serving plates and small kitchen appliances, including spices — everything you’ll need to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The laundry area is under the stairs and has a washer, dryer, detergent and dryer products. There are so many amenities to mention so we’ve listed them below:
Vacation Home: 2400 sq feet, built May 2008.
Location: Beach / Recreational Community.
Living Room: Designer couch, gas fire place, panoramic view of the forest. 36″ TV, VCR, DVD player, movies library, stereo, CD player and CDs.
Reading Room: Loft area above kitchen with couch chairs, desk and chair and library of books. View of Forest in 3 directions.
Large Master Suite: upstairs with 14′ vaulted ceiling, lots of windows with a forest view. King size sleigh bed, with pillows and linens, 27 TV, DVD, sound system with CD player, and large walk-in closet with an inflatable pillow top Queen air mattress with linens for additional guests. The closet contains an iron and ironing board plus lots of shelves and hanging space for your clothes, in addition to two dressers.
Master Bath: large shower and heated tile floors, hair dryer and towels.
Bedroom One: main floor – Bunk beds with a queen flop down mattress and bedding.
Bedroom Two: main floor – Queen bed with a 27 TV with DVD/ VCR, alarm clock.
Downstairs Bath: has a deep tub/shower and heated tile floors, hair dryer and towels.
Linen Closet: Bath towels, beach towels, bedding, first aid kits, tea candles.
Laundry: Full size washer and dryer located on main floor with laundry detergent provided.
Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas stove/oven, microwave, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, coffee grinder, coffee naker, toaster, blender, electric griddle. Lobster pot, pots & pans, mixing bowls, baking equipment, mini Cuisinart, utensils, cooking utensils, coffee grinder, instant hot water dispenser, filter water dispenser. Coffee, tea and spices provided.
Dining Room: seats 10 with serving service for 12, place mats, dishes, cups, glasses and silverware, open high ceiling and 2 walls of windows.
Living Room: with high vaulted ceilings (rises from 15′ high at windows to 25′ at loft – wall of windows with glass 16′ wide by 11′ high) has a gas fireplace, 32 TV, DVD / VCR, VHS, and stereo system with CD player.
Loft: upstairs with forest views in 3 directions, desk and reading area. Half Bath: upstairs with tile floor.
Entertainment Room: (22×27 feet) 594 square foot room. Radio, reading books for adult and kids, music library, board games, toys for Kids, 49″ TV, VCR, DVD player, movies library, game table, large wrap around couch.
Paper Goods: paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, tea and spices are provided.
Antique Pine Pergo floors: downstairs. Custom made hardwood moldings that was milled on site.
Bamboo Cabinets: Custom built through out the house.
Deck: 12′ x 20′ deck equipped with table, chairs, gas BBQ and deck lighting. Porch: Front entry covered porch with seating.
Professionally Landscaped: utilizing native species with fruit trees, blueberries and huckleberry bushes and lots of Rhododendrons.
Sports Equipment: Eight Mountain bikes ranging in size from toddler to adult. Lots of books, games, movies and CD’s for your enjoyment. Coolers, Inflatable Boat, Clam shovels, buckets, crab pot and more.
Club House: Hot Tub, Heated Swimming Pool, Recreation Room, Chess, Ping-pong table, Pool Table, Free Wi-Fi.
Attractions: Scenic drives, beach access, playground, forests, autumn foliage, rain forests, fitness center, recreation center, hospital, bay or Puget Sound, marina, and many more things to do and see.
Car: Car is Necessary, two car garage.
Dining: Dining room, BBQ Grill, fire pits at gazebos, fire pits on the beach. Restaurants, wineries and vineyards.
Suitability: No Smoking, Low Allergen Environment, weddings, corporate and executive lodging, groups, children welcome. No pets.
